1. About these terms
These terms apply to all orders placed with Crown & Comfort. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them carefully.
2. Orders & contract
When you place an order you'll receive an acknowledgement email. A contract is formed once we accept and begin making your order. We may decline an order (e.g. if an item is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred), in which case we'll refund any payment in full.
3. Made to order
Most of our beds and mattresses are hand-made to your chosen size, fabric and configuration after you order. As such, lead times of 3–10 working days apply, and made-to-order items may be non-returnable except where faulty (this does not affect your statutory rights).
4. Pricing & payment
Prices are shown in GBP. Payment is made by bank transfer using the invoice we email you after your order is placed, quoting your order number as the reference; your item is made to order once payment is received. Promotional discounts apply only when a valid code is entered at checkout and cannot be combined unless stated.
5. Delivery
We offer free 2-man delivery to your room of choice on qualifying orders to UK mainland, typically within 3–10 working days. Some remote postcodes may carry a surcharge or longer window, shown at checkout. See our Delivery & Returns page for details.
6. Cancellations, returns & trial
Stock items may be returned within our stated trial period; made-to-order items are non-returnable unless faulty. To start a return, contact us. Refunds are issued to your original payment method after inspection. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected.
7. Guarantee
Our frames carry up to a 10-year guarantee and mattresses a 10-year guarantee against manufacturing faults, subject to normal domestic use and care.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of your order.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
