Returns & guarantee
Every frame is covered by a 10-year guaranteeagainst manufacturing faults; mattresses carry a 10-year guarantee.
If something isn't right, contact us within your 100-night trial and we'll arrange a collection and refund. Refunds are processed within ~10 working days of inspection.
We deliver to UK mainland. Some remote postcodes (e.g. Scottish Highlands, offshore) may carry a surcharge and a longer window — this is always shown clearly at checkout.
