Crown & Comfort ("we", "us", "our") sells hand-crafted beds, divans, mattresses and headboards. This policy explains how we collect and use your personal data when you visit our website or place an order, in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Information you give us: your name, email, phone number, delivery address, and order details. We do not take card payments on this website — orders are paid by bank transfer — so we never receive or store your card details.
Information collected automatically: basic device and usage data, and cookies (see below).
How we use your data
To process and deliver your order, take payment, and provide customer support.
To send order confirmations and, where you've opted in, marketing emails and offers (you can unsubscribe at any time).
To improve our website and prevent fraud.
Lawful basis
We process your data to perform our contract with you (your order), for our legitimate interests (running and improving the business), to meet legal obligations, and — for marketing — on the basis of your consent.
Who we share it with
We share data only with trusted providers who help us run the store: our hosting and database provider (Supabase), our email provider (Resend), and our delivery partners. We never sell your data.

We use essential cookies to make the site work (e.g. your basket) and, with your consent, analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can manage your choice via the cookie banner or your browser settings.
Data retention
We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfil your order and meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise them.
